The ideal candidate will need:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Fluent in English and Romanian;
- Good understanding of basic arithmetic;
- Available to start on short notice.
This would be considered a plus:
- Certificate that proves English Skills;
- Experience working Customer Support, Sales;
- Experience in gambling;
The main duties and responsabilities of the role will include:
- Basic Knowledge of the online gambling industry – All Sales representatives must possess in depth knowledge of the product;
- Manage inbound requests/complains via Chat, Phone, E-mail;
- Identify and assess customer needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Once the assessment is complete agents will provide customers with appropriate solutions. All Sales representative must at all times provide accurate, valid and complete information when dealing with customers;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
- Build sustainable relationships with customers;
- Meet personal or team sales and QA quotas;
- Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Generate sales leads.
